The Venus Flame Nodes application with the New Earth Star Inner Academy (NESIA) and its New Earth Ark Foundation (NEAF). The request was to make an app so that people could interact with the Venus Flame Node cards like an oracle deck.
The app has three main functions: to draw a card, view the cards in a slideshow, and browse the deck. Users can draw a card, and choose to draw again or view the details of that card. Drawing the cards, reading their explanations, and interacting with them is supposed to be activational and help oneself in deep integrative work.
Although we don’t specialize in design, we did create a light theme, dark theme, and the default Venus Flame Nodes theme based on the colors for the New Earth Ark Foundation. The layouts are optimized for use on devices of all screen sizes.
The application was built to be able to be deployed as an app in the Apple Store, Google Play Store and as a progressive web app for people to install on any devices that have browsers that support such functionality.
We collaborate on an ongoing basis with NESIA and NEAF and this project specifically is still a work in progress with expectations to expand it into multiple decks with more functionality.

Spagyricus School of Alchemy runs both in-person courses and lessons as well as an online school. Our collaboration with them arose out of our minister Brian taking their in-person courses in practical alchemy with Robert Bartlett. While taking attending their courses in 2025 needing help with their website and its administration came up in conversation. Brian’s belief in the efficacy of practices in alchemy in grounding spiritual principles into our everyday lives and actions inspired him to offer to help.
Our extensive experience in WordPress put us in a good position to help them out. We fixed students’ access issues with some of their lessons using the LearnDash LMS. We worked with developers of this and other plugins on their site to figure out how to best put them to work for the way they ran their school.
To help them reduce bloat and unnecessary plugins we also built custom registration functionality to work with their existing theme using the Elementor page builder. We also resolved communication issues by building a custom integration with their existing MailChimp account by using its API to tag contacts according to their enrollment status in courses.
Their site uses WooCommerce in tandem with LearnDash LMS for its schooling, and we custom coded some promotions that only existing students could use to allow them to continue their education at a reduced price.
Our work with Spagyricus School of Alchemy continues, and we hope to help them fulfill their vision of creating a well established school of alchemy according to the vision of Robert’s teacher, Frater Albertus.

Unity of Divine Creation Ministry is our church that Alchemical Union operates under. The website for our church was built from the group up and runs out our own proprietary content management system.
UDCM’s uses the event management system to give notice of our ceremonies and to put up the recordings when they are done. It lets us create the schedule for them and all of our ceremonies can be found by going to our events page.
Our blog is where our ministers’ writings go up. We can use categories to create ‘series’ that cover topics that we think are foundational ways for people to find ways that they can connect to God.
Members of UDCM are managed through our proprietary system as well. People can become members of our ministry online by affirming that their own intentions align with the ones laid out in our Declaration of Understanding and Intent.
Our community forum provides a way for everyone that’s interested in our work (not just members) to engage each other. We use Discourse and built a custom integration with our proprietary CMS so that anyone that creates an account on our website can participate in our community forum and everything Discourse has to offer.
We integrated Zammad’s open source support system with our website so that requests for information and assistance can be tracked and taken care of in an organized way between our ministers and volunteers.

The House of Markus Fellowship (HoMF) is another integrated auxiliary of our church whose focus is on providing education on self-governance and private organizations. We want to support others with spiritual visions to follow through on their ideas and HoMF provides details about how we do what we do to support people and groups who feel they have a spiritual mission organize so they can fulfill their goals.
HoMF puts all of our work to the test, implementing everything that we’ve done to the fullest extent possible. Just like UDCM’s website, it has a blog for written updates, uses our event management system for its regular events, has an active community forum using Discourse, and integrates with the same support system as UDCM to help us make sure we can communicate with all people reaching out to us.
Our education system that allows us to create course and lessons is put to full use on HoMF. It allows for written as well as video-based lessons and includes the ability for users to be able to track their progress through them and keep notes.
The HoMF media library is also jam-packed with documents and hundreds of hours of videos. Our media is tagged by topic and allows users to track their engagement and take notes as well so they can get the most out of it.
Our document generating system is really put to good use here. Combined with our forms system, users can input their information to generate documents that can be used as educational examples on how to help them organize and fulfill their spiritual missions.
And, that’s not all! Our showcase here is only a taste of what we’ve done and what we’re capable of. If you have a spiritual vision that you think we can help fulfill, or if you’d like to support us in UDCM’s work or AU’s work please contact us.
